All Scottish Government circulars (issued as PCAs) specifically relating to community eyecare matters (e.g. General Ophthalmic Services, NHS Optical Vouchers and the Community Glaucoma Service) can be accessed on the NHS Scotland - Publications website.
The easiest way to access these PCAs is to enter "PCA(O)" in the "Reference" search field.
